1. Good tires and brakes
2. Engine runs fine. No codes. Oil changed regularly.
3. Newer brake and fuel lines
4. Newer front calipers, rear calipers, front and rear wheel bearings,
5. Exhaust ok.
6. No significant rust. Spent half its time in California.
7. Original manuals.
8 Inside looks great.
9. Have all documentation of ownership work.

Issues
1. Drive, L1, L2 not working. Reverse ,park , neutral fine. May have a cam sensor issue.
2. Second owner since 2012 - well maintained except has recent trans issue.
3. Leaking seal behind harmonic balancer – replaced timing belt but leak appeared and belt may have some oil on it.
4. Emergency brakes don't work well.

Currently cleaning it up.
