2021 Toyota Camry Hybrid aircon squealing/hissing noise

Hi Everyone, Just picked up a Pre-owned Certified Toyota Camry hybrid 2021 at dealership with only 27k kms, and it has the same AC noise. Brought the car back for service to have a look and first they said it was an incorrectly fitted cabin filter. Took car back, but then the noise appeared again. Brought the car back in dealership for diagnostic by ac specialist and they are going to replace the expansion valve and ac compressor to try to fix it. Parts are back order and will need 2-3 weeks for shipping. See video:

If anyone has had experience with this issue, could you please advise what could have caused this?
