04 camry making weird grinding noise

I can't figure out where this noise is coming from. It's like a grinding noise coming from near the tires and it seems to be there more when it's colder older. It's a little louder than in the video. It doesnt seems to affect anything just sounds really bad.

EDIT: I don't know why but you really can't hear the noise at all in this. I could hear it better on my phone when I recorded it but on youtube it's pretty much gone

Is the grinding louder when you apply the brake?

Raise each tire off the ground one side at a time and rotate the wheel. Compare one side with the other.

Probably bad wheel bearings.
Right, lift one wheel up and spin the wheel listening for cold noises, clicking and groaning.
If they were clicking and roaring, but then stops making the noise while rolling for a while it means the bearing is truly on it's last leg. They tend to groad, click and whir for a while, when they go silent, that means they are worn to the point of no races left inside the bearing.

Gimping along my 1995 Camry with the same thing. Next week it's bearing changeout time. The rears are easy, just change the hub, but the fronts are a pain in the @#$.
