06 Camry LE Steering column vibration

My 06 Camry LE has been having a steering vibration when I go to break and when I am driving about 60mph-85mph? I had the tires balanced/alligned 3 times in 1 week, because I thought the mechanic had done something wrong, got new tires- still had the problem. Now a year later, those tires are needing to be replaced and This vibrating won't stop, it also pulls so I probably need it aligned again. Thought maybe it was my breaking system causing my vibrating initially but then it got worse. Bread pads seem to be fine. Any suggestions?

Did your mechanic check the front brake rotors. The rotors can "warp" or have deposits on them resulting in steering vibration when braking.

If the steering wheel shakes, swap the front and rear tires and determine if this changes things.
