I did all the struts a few months ago on my 93 sedan. If I remember correctly, there is a bolt on the bottom which you can get to by lifting up the bottom corner. There is a hook up higher that disconnects by lifting up on the cushon after you remove the bottom bolt. I learned the hard way by busting off the first hook. Then on the second side, the bolt at the bottom broke off. You may want to soak it with some penetrating oil first. If you haven't flipped the seat bottom up yet, that will also help.

one of those manuals will probably help you out.

www.toyotanation.com is another forum you may want to join.

Just like unsub said, there is a large bolt (17mm I believe) at the bottom that holds the armrest in place. And be careful of the hook! A Haynes manual has a nice picture of the whole thing if you need a good visual reference, which you should have anyway if you're replacing your struts.

Don't forget to get an alignment when you're done, you will need it.
