Default 2000 Toyota Camry alignment issues

I've had the alignment on my girlfriend's camry redone multiple times, but it still persists in pulling to the right.

Its driving me crazy. The tires are rotated and balanced and even wear, so its not that.

It looks IMHO that the car has been in an accident where the airbags deployed. Her dad is an idiot and never ran a Carfax/Autocheck or anything before buying it from some guy on Craigslist (bought it for $2000 ABOVE market value....dumbass). I personally don't have the money to run it just for fun. So the steering or front-end suspension could also be the culprit.

Just looking to get some information on this from the information I know. Thanks!
