2008 camry struts leak

I brought 2008 camry to Monroe for oil change last week. A mechanic told me 3 out of 4 struts are leaking. He showed me the leak - one of them was much worse than the others. As the car is still under warranty - now it is 35k, he told me to go to dealership to have them replace them all.
I went to the Toyota dealership where I bought it and told them struts are leaking. after inspection, the guy in customer service said the seepage is absolutely normal and they cannnot replace them. Can you believe this?
I told him they would be getting worse pretty soon though they are not that serious now and my warranty will be expired soon. he said there is nothing they can do because they are normal.
Basically they are saying to me to wait until warranty is expired and to pay for the service once they get worse.
I found out that strut leak in camry is not unusual after searching internet. don't know what to do now.

As you state some seepage on the struts is "common." Toyota issued a bulletin on this which describes just what is "acceptable" leakage.

The link below has some info on what others have done.

Might check if your state has mandatory arbitration for warranty claims.
