I feel bumps when drive car in really slow speed! What could be the issue with my car? its campy GL 2008 model!

Note: I've changed all the tires few weeks ago with top quality tires available in market.

 

Could be the bent rim cause of this problem? I did wheel balancing as well at the time of tires change.

 

take your vehicle to a shop and ask them for a road force balance ,and ask them to perform a rim runout the machine will tell you is the bend on the rim is big enough to cause any issues. regular balance is not enough to diag this .
