Camry front wheel noises - need help

Driver side front wheel area noises (thump, thump) persist after front axles and 4 tires have been replaced. Noise disappears when Camry's weight is removed by lifting vehicle. Any suggestions as to what the problem may be or the cause? '91 Camry DX. Otherwise, it runs great!!

Wheel bearing?

When driving move the steering wheel left and right to sway the car body and shift the cars weight from one side to the other.

If a wheel bearing it may get louder as the weight shifts to the side with the problem and softer when shifting to the other side.
