hate the tires/wheels
I own a 2020 Camry V-6 XSE with 19 inch wheels and hate them. It is painful to hit a bump in the road and they are not good in snow. I would like 16 inch tires that would sport all season tires and snow tires. When I hit a bump with the 19 inch wheels it jars my body and my teeth. It is painful. What wheels and tires would fit it for my comfort?
Toyota listed rim sizes from 16 to 19 inch depending on the specific model of Camry.
Suggest searching on rims/tires at websites such as Tirerack.com. Input your vehicle data to output what is offered or call them.
To maintain vehicle height, try to get a rim/tire combination OD that's close to the stock setup that originally came with the car.
A tire profile of 55 or more should provide better cushioning. There will be a slight loss of steering handling and braking but this is true for all cars if changing from low to high profile tires.
The XSE had a sports suspension which was is stiffer than stock.
A lower speed rated tire should also have a less rigid sidewall to more cushioning.
Toyota Camry was designed for rims having a specific lug bolt pattern layout, rim offset, hub bore, etc. The rim specifics are industry standard, and a result is a rim that fits a Carmy can fit other makes of cars. If you buy rims from a commercial outlet they will fit, if buying used or such make sure they fit. Might search Craigslist or try auto salvage years for used rims if wanting stock.
The 19-inch rim may be 60.1mm center bore hole, Bolt Pattern: 5 x 114.3mm. Offset: 35mm. Backspacing: 5.63".

Having dealt with Tirerack.com for many years, if they say it fits....99% of the time it really fits. They're not going to recommend any wheel/tire sizes that will cause rubbing or obvious speedometer error(at least they will warn you, if that is the case). And being that the OP is downsizing, the chance of that happening is minimal. Also, since the OP is basically doing the opposite of what most people do when they upgrade wheels/tires, they will have the option of selling the more desirable 19" wheels & tires to help recoup costs. After all, it certainly shouldn't be difficult to find a new home for them.

Yes, you can switch to 16-inch wheels on your 2020 Camry XSE V6 for a more comfortable ride. Use 16x7 wheels with 215/60R16 or 215/65R16 tires. If cost is a concern, you can explore wheel and tire financing options to make the upgrade more manageable. Make sure the wheels have a 5x114.3 bolt pattern, 60.1mm center bore, and 35–45mm offset. This setup will improve comfort and winter performance.
