Thanks for allowing me to join. I have a question about the tire pressure monitoring on the 2012 Camry. I would like to buy my husband some collegiate valve stem covers for Christmas, but I'm not sure if they are compatible with the monitoring system.

Can someone advise me if I can get them for a stocking stuffer?

The complete monitoring system is mounted inside the rim and does not rely on the valve stem cover to operate.

If your thinking about the covers advertized on the internet for colleges and pro teams should not be a problem.
