Help!!! 07 camry brake pedal pulsating

Hello, Can someone help me with my problem with my brake pedal pulsating and steering wheel shutter at speed between 65-80 and not so much around 40 mph and below? The car has 53000 miles on it and the tires are good and balance around 10000 miles. It happen all the time when I press the brake on the highway. Could it be warp front rotor or some other things?

I'd put my money on worn rotors. With 53k miles I'm surprised you have not serviced the brakes already.
