limited slip differential

Default limited slip differential

well my girlfriend has a 2008 camry le and i was wondering if the scion quaife limited slip differential could fit or if not could i swap the differential housing and modify it somehow to work

Suggest you check with various Scion clubs and Toyota Racing Division (TRD).

The TC and XB appear to have the same engine.

Do some research on Quaife limited slip differential.

the tc and camry have the same motor and similar differentials but they are different part numbers which means there could be something different somewhere that isnt very noticable.

If the same engine the trans/diff should bolt to the engine. One issue may be axle length.

Check out internet parts sites such as Rockauto to determine if they offer axles and if so is the P/N the same.

the axle lengths are diferent but i don't know if its enough to make a difference. i'm waiting for toyota forums to let me post. took a month to get on this and that site. i know someone there would know because they have turbo camrys there.
