Lookin into new rims
After having lost one of the factory hub caps, I dont wanna pick up some walmart ones, ricer style, and I really dont feel like ridin on steeliez. I know people have thrown on 18s and I like the look but I've heard that the larger circumference tire, the lower gas milage youll get. Thats kinda important in todays economic nightmare, so I'm thinkin keep the same circumference. I have 205/70/14 now, and I only wanna go 15 or 16. How would that effect the sidewall number? Im also not sure what width I can do, the stock rims are 5.5" and I've only seen 6" for 15s and 16s, no 5.5"
I'll be waiting til the spring to do this anyways, I'll ride on steels for the winter, that dont bother me. That just gives me time to start beefin up the sound system instead of mechanical/body. Aint no way Im gonna lay in the snow under the car in january [sm=forgetit.gif]
