New 2013 Camry SE Owner here, stiffer ride at first?

I just purchased a new 2013 Camry SE Sedan yesterday (i4, 2.5). I purchased this car after one long test drive on a demo SE from the same dealership. I'm noticing that my new car (which had 8 miles on the odometer) is driving quite stiffer (and perhaps a touch noisier?) than the test drive car (which I'm not sure how many miles on it, but it looks like it was the dealers 'stock' demo car).

My question is this. I have not purchased a brand new car in 14 years. Is it normal for a new car (or at least the new Camry SE) to be a little stiff when you first buy it (or when it has virtually no miles on it)? Will it soften up a bit over time? Does the suspension need a little time to break-in? Do the tires?

I realized I've only had the car one day and I'm probably hyper-sensitive, but I'm fairly certain the car is driving stiffer than the demo car did, etc.

Just bought mine yesterday, mines stiff but the one I test drove seemed the same. I'm sure it will loosen over time and with some miles. How have you liked yours so far?
