Rasp noise from front tire part when turning

Hi,

I bought this 07 Camry SE from dealer in April. It works well. But recently I found one problem. When I turn the steering wheel, sometimes I can hear rasp noise from front tire part. Can someone help me?

Thanks!
Shigang

Describe the noise in more detail.

Just squeaky noise. I am not sure how to discribe. it only happens when i turn the wheel over 90 degree. Initially, I thought it is because of rain but later in sunny day, i can hear that noise sometimes.

Squeak when you are turning the steering wheel?

Yes. But the sound comes from the bottom of the car.

Check the U-joints on the steering column shaft. Look far below the brake system master cylinder in the engine compartment. The joints can make noise. If the joints they can be lubed.
