Rasp noise from front tire part when turning
Hi,
I bought this 07 Camry SE from dealer in April. It works well. But recently I found one problem. When I turn the steering wheel, sometimes I can hear rasp noise from front tire part. Can someone help me? Thanks! Shigang |
Describe the noise in more detail.

Just squeaky noise. I am not sure how to discribe. it only happens when i turn the wheel over 90 degree. Initially, I thought it is because of rain but later in sunny day, i can hear that noise sometimes.

Yes. But the sound comes from the bottom of the car.

Check the U-joints on the steering column shaft. Look far below the brake system master cylinder in the engine compartment. The joints can make noise. If the joints they can be lubed.

Thank you!
