Default Replacing Wheel for 1996 Camry, What do I need to know?

I'm replacing one of the wheels for a 1996 Toyota Camry. Since I'm keeping the other 3 wheels, I wondered what I need to know before I buy a replacement wheel? This is my first car, so I pretty much know nothing about wheel models or replacing a wheel, so all advice would be helpful.

The user manual for the car says "When replacing wheels, care should be taken to ensure that the wheel are replaced by ones with the same load capacity, diameter, rim width, and offset." I figured I'd be safe if I bought the same wheel as the ones currently on my car, but I'm having troubles figuring out which wheels are on my car.

Info about the wheels on my car:
1996 Toyota Camry LE (4 Cyl.)
Wheel diameter 14"
Steel Wheel
They are the factory wheels for the car

Here's a photo of what the wheels look like:

Did all 1996 Toyota Camrys have the same wheel or not?

Is the style of the hubcab any indication of what wheel the car has? (If I shop for a factory wheel for the 1996 Toyota Camry where the hubcab has 9 spokes and 5 lugs, would the wheel be the same as the ones on my car?)

Is the model number printed anywhere on the wheel (I couldn't find one, but maybe I didn't know where to look)?

Does the tire in the photo have a plastic hub cap (wheel cover) and steel rim?

If looking for a steel rim you need a 14 inch factory steel rim fitting a 1996 Camry. This rim was used from 1992 to around 97-2000 thus finding one will be easy and low cost. Local auto parts yards having Japan cars might have it.

The wheel cover (hubcap) may be harder to find given the designed changed with the year and rim diameter. This hubcap appears to have been used on 14 inch Camry steel rims for years 1995-96.

HubcapHeaven sells the hubcap.

Hubcaps-wheelcover sales the rim.

There are other outlets that sell these items.

You want an original factory 14 inch steel rim fitting a 1996 Camry and a hubcap for a 1996 Camry having 14 inch factory steel rims.

Note: Camry of these years also offered a 15 inch steel rim and alloy rims, thus be very specific in your search.
