is it possible to remove the lead from the catalyst?
|
RE: urgent!
alex, i also have the same problem... i'm also a victim of catalyst poisoning... i did check it with the help of the experts but unfortunately, it is not possible due to lead's high boiling point. so, i can suggest if you just buy a new one.

RE: urgent!
i did a little research on catalyst poisoning, hope this help.. :D
Catalyst poisoning refers to the effect that a catalyst can be 'poisoned' if it reacts with another compound that bonds chemicallyinhibitor but does not release, or chemically alters the catalyst. This effectively reduces the usefulness of the catalyst, as it cannot participate in the reaction with which it was supposed to catalyze. |
