Default multiple codes and no solution

I have a 1998 camry Le with 9 codes

p300 random/multple cylinder misfire

p0304 cylinder 4 misfire

p0306 cylinder 6 misfire

p0171 system too lean (bank 1)

p0136 o2 sensor circuit malfunction (bank 1 sensor 2)

p1153 manufacturer control fuel air metering

p0300 random/ multiple cylinder misfire

p0171 bank 1 system to lean

all this after changine coil packs and doing a tune up. Can someone point me in the right way to solving this

Did the engine have any code issues before doing the work? If not exactly what work did you do to the engine?

If you changed coil packs to fix the code, try swapping the pack to another location and determine if the P030X codes change.

P0300 is a general code for the P0304 and P0306 codes.

P0171 is a code stating the engine is running to lean. Bank 1 or 2, Sensor 1

Suggest starting with the codes below:

P1153 O2 sensor Bank 2 Sensor 1

P0136 02 sensor Bank 1 Sensor 2

The car had an issue with studdering at highways speeds with light throttle be for any work was done. I just changed the coil packs today and hasnt studdered but im wondering why the misfire is still there. So your saying i should change both O2's?

All these codes at once is not common.

The P0171 code be a lot of issues but typically points to a bad 02 sensor. If only one O2 code would state this was the problem. Two 02 codes each for a differant code is uncommon.

Does the engine have any wiring problems or had work done to the wiring system?

Rather then just guess check out the info in the private message sent to you.

I would like to start by saying thank you to toyomoho for your help. Just an update on whats going on. Recently i put 93oct. and fuel intector cleaner in the car and reved the motor a few times and all the codes went away but as soon as the car got down to about and 8th of a tank on 87 the codes came back again as well as the sudering.

The codes need a couple of engine operational cycles before they set.

It could be coincidence that the codes want away then came back

or

The full fuel tank changed something. Perhaps a fuller tank increased fuel pressure, relieved issues of air in the fuel system.

Sometimes if the engne runs out of fuel via an empty tank a lot of codes are set.

Try this test again if it repeats would pursue fuel pressure, fuel pump issues.

First fill the tank and determine if the problem goes away again.

To check fuel pressure you need to install a gauge right after the can filter in the engine compartment. Should be 44-50 psi.

I dont have the tooling the check the fuel pressure right now. Last night i cleaned the front O2 which was covered in tons of caked on sut which was alot more then usaul and also did the rear O2 aswell. I cleaned inside the intake and maf, reset the computer, and added a full tank of 93 oct wit fuel injecter cleaner. So far the check engine light is off after about 30miles so i guess we will see if it stays like that.

If this issue does come back Im going to pick up a fuel pressure checker. If I have low system pressure what could make this happen. Fuel pump right? Are there any other components that will cause a low system pressure? And does the fuel tank need to be dropped to change the pump?

The engine may have a fuel pressure regulator located under the filter screen of the fuel pump.

To access the fuel pump pull up the lower rear seat cushion and remove. A sheet metal oval cover behind the drivers seat area will be exposed. Remove the cover to expose expose the top of the fuel tank and access cover for the pump.

The access cover, pump and fuel sender remove as one unit.

The AutoZone website might have on how to do this in their vehicle repair section.
