Transmission only starts in 2nd Gear
 

My 1995 Camry 2.2, when I first begin to move the transmission starts in 2nd gear., after the initial start the transmission shifts perfectly. Is the valve body stuck? What can I do to fix this?

The transmission has no 1st gear?

Have you tried forcing the trans into 1st gear manually?

how do i do that?

Put the gear shifter into low gear.

My toyota camry is doing the same thing, I have replaced all solenoids with filter and new fluid. It starts off in second gear when accelerating from a stop and slams into gear when switching from park to drive or drive to reverse. I have tried manually shifting with no change and It did it once before. I took the pan off before installing new solenoids i sent low voltage to solenoid b and it worked temporarily thinking that was the issue but it appeared later and this time nothing is working. I read there is a tcm issue with these can anyone point me in the right direction please
