Dash lights as in climate system, glove box, shift lever, etc to?

Do the tail lights and door locks work?

Do the fans cycle on and off when the A/C is turned on?

If front lights are blinking when AC or windows are working there may be a problem with the wiring, battery, connections at the battery, or alternator output.

The issue may be the power to the lights and other systems is weak. The extra load of the AC or windows now causes a further drop in voltage.

Check the battery for full charge, alt is charging OR, battery cables and connections to battery are OK, battery ground cable connection.

Check for power window operation at any window. If no power windows check Door, Gauge and Power fuses.

If taillight work the for dash light issue make sure the dimmer is turned up and check Panel fuse.
