Engine misfire after replacing radiator

I replaced radiator last month now my car has developed a rough idle when stopped and when accelerating. When I got the CEL, I had the codes read at Advance Auto.
The codes are water temp sensor, P0301, P0302, P0303, P1349.
I finally have time to work on it and any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Could a bad water temp sensor cause the VVTi to misfire the cylinders?

Possible causes:

Coolant sensor computer.

At 68F ohm reading should be 2.29-2.6 Kohm.
At 176F 0.300-0.327 Kohm.

Oil control valve for VVTi.

Check ohm resistance at two wires when unplugged - Should be 6.9-7.9 ohm at 68F

Remove valve and apply 12v DC power to 2 wires- Valve action should be smooth in both directions with no sticking. Valve should fully return to home position.
