why is my front so high?
 
ok i just bought some lowering springs to give my 92 Le a 1.8 drop all aroundbut for some reason my front tires dont tuck like the back?[&:]the front sits high like a buick on oversized wheels

any update on this matter ? i'd think they would "settle" and lower a little or maybe intalled wrong

thats actually what happens with lowring springs for the gen 3 or so i've heard. it maybe to prevent rubbing in front.

wow old thread, but yeah that is exactly what happens. You'd need adjustable coil overs if you wanted your front to tuck like the back.

i have a gen 5 camry with tein lowering springs and it does the same thing.

On a camry the front is higher than the back in stock trim. So if you change out the springs the front is still going to be higher than the back

it also has happened in my gen 2 camry i dont like the look withthe front up higher then the back may i surgest you cut a bit off the front springs that will make it lower and i know alot of people say dont cut them but i dont see the problem i got a mate that did this to his car and has had no problems
