Default 1993 Camry trouble...

I need help fast guys!!!

My siter owns a 93 CamryLE automatic with 110K miles on it. Here's the deal... The car starts fine, drives fine, but every now and then at a stop sign or stop light it will just die. It smells like it is burning rich. I can also see a little black smoke from the tailpipe every now and then. Other then that the car runs great and is in great shape. We took it to a Toyota dealership and they didn't know what was going on.............wtf.............anyways I think they swaped out the old engine mounts, put in a new timming belt and put new plugs in it.

So what do you all think?? MAP sensor or what??

Any help is appreciated.
