I have a 2013 Camry LE 4 cylinder. Changed the oil and filter at 7500 miles and have noticed what I consider excessive oil consumption. I used Mobile synthetic 0-20 just like the book said. What should the oil consumption be on a new car like this?

 

What was the oil consumption?

You purchased the car new? How many miles on car?

The owners manual may have info on what Toyota considers normal consumption.

 

False alarm. A recent test proved negative. Sorry to take everyones time for not doing proper testing.

wow I have a 2013 Camry Se and mine does not use a DROP,im actually amazed,ive changed mine at 5000 intervals,but went 9000 on last change and was still right at full mark when I changed it,my 2011 camry le used oil from the very beginning,i must have gotten a Gem with this engine I have,because my friends consumes oil and his is a 2014
