Start by determining how much lower the car needs to be to sit on. Then load ppl's into the car and determine how much lower it gets (don't forget a full gas tank).

When doing this take note of clearance between front tires and chassis when turning steering wheel lock to lock. It is possible the tire can hit the chassis when turning if lowered too much. Also check rear tires.

Most springs unless offering a softer ride have about the same strength as stock, thus if your stock car drops xx inches more with people the lowering springs should drop about the same amount.

Then find a spring that drops the number of inches you want.

Once found email manufacturer(s) to confirm their spring designed to drop xx inches will drop this amount and not overshoot it due to sage or drop more then normal due pls weight.

You can also ask at the Toyotanation website, Camry Section as someone may have already installed your selected spring on their car.

TRD (Toyota Racing Division), Tien, H&R, Eibach and others make them.

TRD and Eibach are favored.

Do a search at the recommended TN site above. Make sure you look into sag as this can happen over time. Go too low and the chassis over time will end up lower then you want.
