Hey guys, I need to get a new rear bumper for my moms car (she backed into a trailer and tore a gash in it lol) and I was looking at this one:

My question is,why is this bumper so cheap? Is it made out of a poor quality material or something? I don't want to buy this and regret it later.

its not that cheap...about 100 bucks when u include shipping.
ebay charges fees for how much a product sells for but not shipping...so they jack up shipping. the bumper should be okay, but its not painted.
