do you need those inner fender wells the little plastice things?

 

if your talking about those black walls under your car it yes and no. its supose to protect you eletrical system from water that you wheel would splash. but my mom civic and my old accord didnt have any and didnt mess up i guess it depends

 

lol. can't be that much of a difference if its off.. plus its safer for the engine/electrical when its on there. So id definetly leave it on.
