Default question about the camry se

hello

im interested in purchasing a camry. specifically im looking at the SE version.

something concerns me though. it may seem trivial, but according to the toyota website, the SE version does NOT have a 60/40 folding rear seat.

is this accurate? does the rear seat not fold down at all?

is this true of prior model years as well?

thanks for replies

You'll love the SE, no doubt about it! (I have an '09 SE and LOVE it!)

But it is true --- the SE does not have fold-down rear seats, because of the added stabilizers (part of the unique SE suspension). There is a center pass-through, however. This is also true of the XLE model with reclining rear seats.

I have an '07 se v6 and love it. The lack of folding seats has not been a problem for me. I had the same concern you do and really made me hesitate, but me wife's got an suv so she was fine with my choice. So if she was fine with it, so was I
