The "D" in the dash indicator is out.
Has anyone replaced one before????

 

Is this a 1996?

The instrument console needs to be removed to access the bulb. The bulb is available at Toyota dealers.

If you going to attempt the job, access some kind of shop literature. The job is easy enough if you know what you are doing, but tedious if not.

Yes it can. Get the bulb first from the dealer. They may have to order it.
