Default vinyl customization

I have a 99 camry ce and Im having a bunch of stuff done to it (like bodykit, rims, tires, new paint, ect.). The paint right now is that goldish tan color, but im going to have it painted glossy black. The interior vinyl is brown and I want to have that changed to black and install a red dash kit (control panel covers, air vents, center console ect.). Does anyone know roughly how much it would cost to have all the brown vinyl covered or replaced with black vinyl and also can vinyl be dyed? (maybe more cost effective?) thanks.

Here are the mods im doing for anyone who is interested:
exterior:
Revolution full bodykit (maybe a hood scoop too)
17" ADR Venomous rims (black & chrome)
Falken Ziet tires
Knight Rider light bar installed in grille
red neon ground effects
red LED rim lights
red LED exhaust tip
8000k white Xenon lights (I would prefer red but I would get pulled over)
interior:
glossy black vinyl and red panel covers (dash kit)
black and red seat covers (front and back)
black and red floor mats
black and red racing pedals
red neon under the dash on driver and passenger side (rigged to come on when door opens)
replace overhead light with red bulb
custom gauges
flip-out DVD/CD/MP3 system
Audiobahn 12 in subs with Rockford Fosgate 1000 watt amp

After I get done with it im going to call it "Roxanne" (you dont have to put on the red light)
I will also post pics once I have her finished.

I know I've seen a lot of people actually spray the interior. Just use spray paint and clear coat when you're done. Yea sounds ghetto but it comes out really nice if done right. My old sentra was like that, originally tan, sprayed black and red. Unfortunately, they didnt clearcoat so it did wear and peel after a while. Just a thought.

Another thing you could consider is a dash rug, that could help with some of the project. I see them all the time on ebay.

Thanks, I think I will try that. I think I will test it out first (on a small and easily replaceable piece) to see how it looks. Do you think the paint and clear coat will interfere with the operation of the airbags?

I'd imagine not, I don't see why it would effect. Just PLEASE dont do something like put a screen or ipod into ur steering wheel, I've seen that and I doubt that feels nice if the airbag goes off
