u can knock out two birds with one stone once you start pulling fuses and replacing them to see if they blow again.

well i finally got roun to the fuses at first i cudnt find were that fuse box was but then i found it under the checge holder next to the hood release.. i went and bought the wrong fuse cause i figured that one was the one that was blowned and when i looked at em they wur fine then i found the fuse that was blowned it was destroyed inside so i thought i would have to go back to the store and buy more but i looked in the manual and i had a spare one under the hood thank god so i popped it in and the clocks working again side mirrors and cig lighter

The phone charger itself should have a fuse inside of it. it shouldnt cause the problem, unless the charger shorts out.
Only way to find out is to test your theory out.
I'm glad you found the problem though.

To give you an idea of how much power the cig lighters and external power plug can take, i have about 5 things pluged in at once, and at any given time, about 3 of the items are in use drawing power, even when starting up. I've never had a fuse blow.

look at the diagram on the fuse cover box & use the right power fuse .. coz if u use a smaller power then it will blow everytime & if u use a higher power u might cause a short or a problem in the car elec.
