I don't know how to get the parking brake wire that comes with the stereo connected to my parking brake on the car or know of a way to bypass connecting it to the parking brake. And it just plays CDs and DVDs but has a USB and Aux port no GPS

The parking brake wire on the stereo, yes.
When engaged, the parking brake (switch) grounds the wire going to it ground completing the electrical circuit to the parking brake light and causing it to illuminate.
Power up the system to check for video operation before fully installing the unit into the dash.

My 99 Camry xle with an amplifier has 3 plug that go to the factory radio 1. Is the type that you connect a aftermarket harness adapter to then plug into your aftermarket radio. 2. The antenna that will also plug directly into the aftermarket radio. 3. Looks very similar to the antenna plug expect this one is mainly silver and my aftermarket radio doesn't have a spot for it can anyone tell me what it does and if it's okay the just leave it hanging behind my new radio?

1) You need to find an adapter harness to go between the Camry wiring harness plugs and the type of plug the new unit uses.
Or obtain aftermarket harness plugs (having attached wires) that fit into the Camry harness. Then splice these wires to the new units wiring.
Or spice into the existing Camry wiring with the new units wiring.
2-3) The new unit does have an antenna socket. If looking at the unit from behind, it is on the left side of the RCA sockets.
