Default Aftermarket Navigation/DVD

I am going to purchase my '07 Camry SE V6 but am trying to find out if i can install an aftermarket DVD/Navigation system in my dash. I want to either put in a Alpine, Kenwood, or Pioneer. Does Anyone know if this is possible? thanks

Man, IMO those SatNav systems are a waste of money. What I did on my '91 was I installed a computer and bought a touchscreen off ebay. Then I ran a cheap pioneer head unit to the speakers. To the computer I have hooked GPS, 50gigs of music, dvd player, and all the good stuff. If you guys want pics I can supply them

Check out mp3car.com
