I have a 2017 Camry with the JBL preminum sound system. One feature is music can be played from a USB drive. I have download several hundred albums to a USB drive and they are all displayed and playable on my computer so I am sure they are on the drive. However many of them are not displayed on the screen of the audio system. Any ideas?

 

Are all the songs in the same format?

 

All files are WMA

 

Possibly found the reason that some files are not displayed. I loaded a much smaller amount of files on another drive including some files not displayed before and they were displayed. I'm thinking that the system can only handel a certain amount of files. I just don't know how many.

 

The number 255 files comes up in complaints similar to yours. However some owners don't seem to have a problem with much larger files. Might be due to the type of file.
