How hard is it to change all the light bulbs in the dash for a 97 Toyota Camry Toyota ran test said all the bulbs are no good. But they want way to much to fix?

Though I am no longer a frequent poster here, nonetheless I like to look in from time to time.I notice several omissions to the start-up page as it is presented to me: critically, there are no light-bulbs that would tell me when a new post has been...er...posted.Less important, but still annoying, is I have no button like "new thread" or whatever it said. There may be others missing too, I cant remember what they might have been.Is it me using Firefox under Linux or is it a forum issue? PS If it is an issue my end, bear in mind I am almost totally computer illiterate
