I have a 2004 Camry SE V6, I bought the car new with JBL DVD based Navigation. The issue is I don't want to keep buying updated disc every other year. I would like to pull unit and replace with aftermarket head unit(no nav),I have read that this is not a simple swap, has anyone done this before? I have the mechanical part figured out but the wiring (plug) seems to be the hang up, any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Do you have a unit in mind for the swap?

 

I don't have a unit in mind just one that has USB and AUX input, does it make a difference which one I choose?
