Default Wiring a LED interior kit

I just bought a 4 piece LED interior kit for my 99 Camry and Im having trouble figuring out how to wire it to a power source. Is there any fuse sources under the dash for the 99 CE? The manual said there was but I couldnt find it. Thanks.

Before ruling out the panel, check the grid and find out what each fuse spot is for. I also found out my 94 has like 3 fuse boxes I wasnt aware of, so check your manual and see if there are any hidden like in the kick panels by the front doors.

If you cant find them, I'd say go directly from the battery, get yourself an inline fuse holder and the typical chassis ground. Thats what they said to do with my 20" led tube.

I pulled out the change keeper and TA-DA! I found the dash fuses. There is a map of what fuses are for what on the back of the change/coing bin.
