Considering some of the wireless and wired options
for the Wired ones(which I'm preferring) is there a way to wire it to output to the infotainment screen?

 

Usually you need an infotainment system that supports video in/backup camera functionality for it to support a backup camera, if your adding it to the stock one and it doesn't have it, you may need to swap it for the oem one that has it or an aftermarket unit
