How to move rotor 2018 camry se its held on by axle nut and not sure how to remove

 

There may be a couple of small screws attaching the rotor to the axle. In the link below having a photo one can see the small holes for the possible screws. If you have said screws remove them. The rotor may be frozen to the axle by rust but its not physically attached.
