Default 92' 3SFE Camry No Spark

any help on how to test ignition coil especially with ohm readings and specs ?
ive tried grounding spark plug to engine metal head ( shows no sign of spark, was able to see it working prior no spark ), also check the voltage going towards the Igniter ,receiving 12 volts in all connectors . thanks in advance

Is the ign coil inside the distributor housing or outside?

Resistance
Primary 0.36–0.55 ohm cold 0 0.45–0.65 ohm hot
Secondary 9.0–15.4 K ohm cold 11.4–18.1 K ohm hot

Can also be a problem with a pickup coil in the distributor.

ok so i got the coil tested, it read 0.28 ohms between primary and 12.46k ohms in secondary(both cold) ,is it time to replace? ,how do you find the pick up coil if i may ask? or is there even one.

Remove the cap and rotor to see the pickup coils. These are small sensors.

Read the information in the related threads below.

Supposed to be between 140 and 180 ohm.

Check ign coil.
