Default 93 Camry A/C problem

The air flow for my heat and Ac only comes out of the defrost and side vents. No airflow out the middle vents. Is there an actuator that controls the direction of the airflow?Where is it located? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

An air duct comes out of the blower motor housing then splits off 3 ways to the front and side vents. There are center vent and side vent dampeners have servomotors to open and close the dampener doors. These center vent motor appears to have failed.

Access to the motor is under the dash. Here suggest you get some kind of service manual, search for Youtube videos, etc. You can then test the center dampener motor by applying 12v and if necessary replace it.
