My tail light indicator light on my dash comes on,but not all the time.But all the lights work.Any help would be great.

 

Determine if the light comes with braking, brake and tail lights are monitored by the indicator system.

The indicator can light up even if all bulbs work as one may be failing. Try changing all bulbs plus inspecting the bulb socket for corrosion.

Also check wiring between chassis and trunk lid for damage due to flexing.

I had a 96 camry prior to my 93. It had the very same problem. Never knew what it was.
