Default brake promblems

01 toyota camry...the brake pedal goes to the floor...driver side caliper
works fine...passenger side wont compress...any ideas??

you have air on your system. you have to bleed your brakes and then you should be fine. If that doesnt work then it is your brake master cylinder.

Default brake promblems

bought a new master cylinder replace it...nothing....
i checked the brake booster and it was faulty...replaced the old booster with a new one it was working just fine for a few minutes got fluid to the line the calipers compreseed...then i herd a pop...that came from the booster and it whent back to the same thing

Make sure you have the right brake booster and that you have installed it right. Did you bleed your brakes? It could be your caliper.

ok have you guys ever heard of a brake proportioning valve...thats the promblem...there should be a way to reset it,,,i have no idea...could someone please help

the brake proportioning valve corrects breaking between front and rear not left and right side. anyways it should be between the brake master cylinder and the rear brakes. sometimes it has it right under the master cylinder.
