I have a 2001 Camry, 4 cylinder. There are a few problem with the alarm systems.

1. Using the remote I can lock and unlock the doors. After I lock the doors, if I open any door without disarming the alarm, it should start hollering but it does not.

2. After I use the remote to turn on the alarm, the red security light flashes 3 times every second. and every few seconds I can hear a relay opening and closing

How can I fix these issues?
