Need a quality repair manual
I have a gen 6 Camry (2009) and am looking for a good service/repair manual to help me with the maintenance so I don't have to pay an arm & a leg to a mechanic.
The most prominent one I'm seeing is the Haynes manual. The only other one I've seen is the Chilton's manual.
What's the best one to get? I should add that this is my first venture in doing maintenance myself. I'm a very handy person, I just never took the time to figure out much about cars beyond oil changes, filter changes, etc.

I prefer Haynes which appears more complete. Neither replaces a shop manual for info provided and detail.
Some Camry repair tasks have been documented and posted to the internet. A search on the repair may result in hits providing a good deal of info including videos.
Might check your library for auto repair info, have found factory shop manuals available at reference desk where the required info can be copied. Some subscribe to Alldata, a web based service providing detailed auto repair info.
