Default White puff of smoke when starting 91 Camry

I have a 91 Camry with a rebuilt engine (less than 20,000 miles on the engine). When I start the engine after it's been sitting 6 or more hours, I get a puff of smoke... make that a cloud. Over night, or while I'm at work, it's about the same.

Car doesn't seem to use oil, nor radiator fluid.

And right after my last oil change I realized I was putting the wrong oil in the car- 5w30 instead of 10w.

Could the oil viscosity have messed up some seals?

Runs fine after the initial puff cloud, with no smoking. Been doing it for like 6 months now. Just majorly annoying.
