1991 Camry trouble codes 12, 13,
My 1991 4 cylinder Camry does weird stuff. In the cold it continues to crank when started for about 2 to 3 and seconds even when key is out. Sometimes will turn over but not start at all. Sometimes in the midday it will start and run fine.
I pulled the codes 12, 13.

Does anyone know a source for RPM sensor for this year?
I may put another ECM in it too. Just trying the cheapest first. It's been a good car, just some Gremlins.

Does the distributor cap have 4 ign wires or 5 (as in 1 for the coil)?
These codes (and symptoms) point to a problem with the signal pickup coils inside the distributor (typical). or a problem with the wiring connections between distributor and computer or a problem with computer.
If you know the type of distributor can use an ohm meter to check resistance of pickup coils.
If a problem with the pickup coils replacements are not typically available and one needs to replace the distributor.
