Default 96 Camry P1300 code

Hello everyone, new to the forum. So I have a 96 camry that I bought about 3 months ago. For the past 2 months it's been at a friends garage. It has been spitting a code of P1300. Looked up the code and it says it's a no spark code. I've so far changed the following: distributor, ignition coil, ecu, and crank shaft position sensor. The problems I'm having are; at various times it will start run for a good 10 to 15 seconds, sputter, and then shuts off. After that, every it'll either start and immediately shut off, or it will not start at all. Other times it'll start just fine, let me run around for a half hour plus, then the sputtering will start up and the car will die. I have an OBDII reader hooked up, and when it does this I'll reset the code and I can run around for a little before it does it and I have to repeat the process. I'm not a full blown mechanic but I know my way around. So I'm completely at a loss here. I'm thinking the problem might be something with the fuel delivery system. But idk. Any and all help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

The ECU will turn off the fuel pump if no IGF signal (code P1300).

If no start check for ign spark.

Check for +12V at coil from ign switch.

Check wiring between igniter (or coil if igniter built in) and ECU.
