Is the harness on the engine the same between an Auto and Manual, and what about the ECU and dash harnesses? If anyone can let me know, I'd appreciate it.

 

Would assume the harness and dash are different. One being the auto trans has wires going from the trans to the gear indicator lights on the dash console plus wires for the trans shift solenoids. The computer is different as specific to stick or auto. The computer has a number on it, make sure it matches the one being replaced.
